Mr. Magodielo owner of Lavender Moon Trading have an overall of 15 years maintenance experience.

He started his career as a Vertical Maintenance Fitter at Anglo Gold Mine in 1997- 2005.

Thereafter he worked as a Maintenance Fitter in the coal mining industry. Where he has been working at Delmas Coal Mine since 2007, with the Head office based in Witbank.

 

Mr Magodielo is a mission oriented team player with a proven ability to developing innovative contracting approaches to achieve positive outcomes for users of services. Possessing a number of significant achievements in the effective recruitment, supervision, management and development of contracting and commissioning staff.

 

His priorities are;

Being in charge of building and managing the relationship and contracts between the company and its suppliers and vendors. Responsible for being the focal point for the treatment of all contractual issues and also involved in organising and controlling working relationships with these business partners.

 

His Duties:

 Negotiating and managing external and internal procurement and contracting arrangements.

 Identify and progress procurement opportunities.

 Evaluating the needs of customers and clients.

 Facilitating the re-negotiation of existing contracts.

 Managing invoices from generation to payment.

 Monitoring the performance of staff and holding appraisals.

 Managing contract staff.

 Monitoring contract budget and forecast.

 Regularly monitoring the performance of contracted services to ensure services are effective.
